You may want to take birth classes offered by your hospital or birth center. These are usually taught by a nurse that works there. You can find out which you're talking to by asking them.

Lamaze is still available but the term has been adopted by the hospitals and is used as the generic term for birth classes. Birthing From Within is a relative newcomer to the birth community.
