Breastfeeding Basics for Expectant Parents
This class will provide valuable information to assist mothers in achieving their breastfeeding goals. Topics to be covered will include preparation before birth, the early weeks of breastfeeding and what to do in response to difficulties should they arise. The class will also include discussion of how partners and other family members can be effective in supporting the breastfeeding mother. Class taught by Angie Runyan, M.A.

Celebrate Birth-with Doula, Midwife and Lactation Consultant Mary Sommers
Prenatal Classes that celebrate birth as a spiritual and sensual journey. Instructor has witnessed over 1000 births and has used her experience to develop a Class that teaches consumers how to navigate the politics of the health system so that they advocate for themselves and while creating a trusting relationship with their providers. Meditation for Wellbeing
Meditation practices for psychological health and wellbeing in a safe and welcoming setting. Very good for beginning or continuing a meditation practice. Specific practices for calming the mind and body are taught. The neuroscience of meditation and contemporary Western understanding of ancient practices are discussed.
